After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith reserving the contentions of the petitioner who is a decree holder to be agitated at appropriate stage, in the event of it being aggrieved with the view taken after the stand of DDA has been ascertained in the execution proceedings. The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn reserving all the contentions as above. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
