The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal under the Aircraft Rules, 1937. He further requests that the order dated 07.11.2017 passed by the Director General of Civil Aviation, which is impugned in the present petition be stayed for a further period of one week from today to enable the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy.

The petition and the application are dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is directed that the order dated 07.11.2017 will not be given

effect to for a further period of one week from today. This is to enable the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy.
