% 29.03.2016 Respondents have not appeared in spite of service. None has appeared for the respondents even on earlier date. The prayer made in the present petition is that the three suits which are pending before the different courts in the Trial Courts be disposed of by one court itself as the parties are the same and the subject matter of the suits i.e. the concerned property is also the same. Ms.Kamlesh and Ms.Rajesh are stated to be the daughters of Mewa Devi. The first suit which has been filed prior in point of time is Suit No.48/2013 titled Ms.Rajesh Vs. Mr.Mahender Singh & Ors. Accordingly, the latter two suits i.e. Suit No.49/2013 titled Ms.Kamlesh Vs. Mr.Mahender Singh & Ors (pending before the ACJ North District) and Suit No.251/2013 titled Smt.Mewa Devi Vs. Mr. Mahender Singh & Ors. (pending before the ASCJ North West District) are directed to be transferred to the Court

where the first suit i.e. Suit No.48/2013 titled Ms.Rajesh Vs. Mr.Mahender Singh & Ors. is stated to be pending. The next date before the concerned Court is stated to be 01.6.2016. Parties are accordingly directed to appear before the District Judge, North District on 09.5.2016 and before the District Judge, North-West District on 11.5.2016 who shall pass appropriate orders of transfer of respective suits to same Court where the first suit i.e. Suit No.48/2013 titled Ms.Rajesh Vs. Mr.Mahender Singh & Ors. is stated to be pending.

With these directions petition disposed of.
