% 28.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioner (accused) and respondent no. 2 (complainant) have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi; therefore, aforesaid FIR No.277/2012 under Section 354 IPC registered at Police Station Neb Sarai, on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Vinay Kumar of Police Station Neb Sarai.

Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue

the FIR any further against the petitioners and the same may be quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 before the Mediation Centre, in the interest of justice, FIR No.277/2012 under Section 354 IPC registered at Police Station Neb Sarai and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
