The petitioners seek regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.548/2016 under Sections 452/506/34/120B/436/323/448 IPC registered at Police Station Burari. Status report is on record. Bail Appl.2461-62/2017

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioners are in custody since 27.10.2016. Charge-sheet has since been filed and many prosecution witnesses have been examined. The victim suffered injuries 'simple' in nature. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are admitted to bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioners are further directed not to contact the prosecution witnesses or criminally intimidate them in any manner.

The bail applications stand disposed of.
