% 19.01.2018 It is stated by learned counsel for the respondents that refund order for the two quarters has been passed and in respect of the third quarter, the matter is under examination and the refund order would be passed within two weeks.

We dispose of the writ petition, with no order as to costs, taking the statement of learned counsel for the respondents on record. We also clarify that, in case the refund order for the third quarter is not passed, it will be open to the petitioner to revive this petition.
