Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.51/2017 registered under Sections 354/509/506/323/34 IPC at PS Greater Kailash. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the complainant / victims vide MOU dated 08.11.2017. Status report not filed.

Complainant/ respondents No.2 & 3 are present in the Court and have been identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from them if they have settled the dispute with the petitioners amicably without any fear or pressure. They have informed that all the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably with their

free consent and they have no objection to quashing the FIR in question.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. MOU dated 08.11.2017 has been placed on record. Cross cases registered vide FIR No.50/2017 under Sections 308/323/506/34 IPC at PS Greater Kailash and FIR No.128/2017 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at PS Crime (Women) Cell Nankpura have also been settled and the FIRs therein have been quashed. The parties are closely relates to each other.

Petitioners' sister was married to respondent No.3. Divorce has taken place between them. Nature of injuries suffered is simple.

Since the disputes between the parties have been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.51/2017 registered under Sections 354/509/506/323/34 IPC at PS Greater Kailash and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
