Delhi in case FIR No.62/2013 under Section 120-B/392/394/395/412/34 of IPC registered at Police Station Mianwali Nagar, Delhi on the ground that judgment of the learned Trial Court is erroneous in acquitting the Respondents without appreciating the facts and evidence adduced by the Prosecution during the trial.
