% 12.10.2018 On 06th August, 2018, the appellant undertook to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- in five equal monthly instalments of Rs.1,00,000/- each with the Registrar General of this Court. However, the appellant has not deposited any amount with the Registrar General of this Court till date and is liable for consequences of violation of the undertaking. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is neither contacting him nor giving any instructions in this matter. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed. The interim order dated 06th August, 2018 is vacated. Pending application is disposed of. Respondents No.1 to 3 are at liberty to execute the award in accordance with the law as well as to initiate appropriate proceedings for violation of the undertaking given by the appellant to this Court.
