CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 23.01.2018 Counsel for the respondent no. 2 admits that the matter has been settled between the respondent no. 2 (complainant) and petitioner (accused), inasmuch as settled amount stands paid and 'No Dues Certificate' has been placed on record as 'Annexure D'. Learned counsel says that respondent no. 2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.672/2014
