By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to admit his son in the school.

A status report has been filed as per which the admission process commences on 15th December, 2018 and close on 31st March, 2019. 3.

When this Court put to learned counsel for the petitioner that the wife of the petitioner can apply to the schools for the admission of the child, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the photograph of the petitioner is also required and that it would be difficult for her to apply in the W.P.(CRL) 3717/2018

schools. The petitioner would have been aware of the fact that his son's admission is to be carried out and in this year he has been released on parole twice and on furlough also twice, when he could have got his family photo or passport size photo as required. Further the petitioner's wife is an educated woman who can get the application forms filled in the various schools she so desires. Thus, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner on the ground urged.
