Rajeev & Ors., pending before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal for East District at Karkardooma Courts Complex, Delhi is withdrawn from there and transferred for further proceedings in accordance with law with connected matters to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal for North-East District at Karkardooma Courts Complex, Delhi. The transferor tribunal shall make over the file to the transferee tribunal, fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear there. This disposes of the transfer petition and the application filed TR.P.(C.) 196/2017

therewith.

The date earlier fixed i.e. 26.05.2018 before Joint Registrar is cancelled.
