% 17.05.2016 Learned counsel for respondent no.1 states that it has withdrawn the restraining order against the petitioner w.e.f. 1st April, 2016 and henceforth the petitioner is at liberty to play in any/all Delhi State Ranking Tournaments and petitioner's name shall be forwarded to TTFI/or any other competent authority for participation in any National Ranking Tournament if the petitioner qualifies to represent in the same as per rules and regulations.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
