By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole for two weeks on the ground of marriage of his cousin brother which is fixed on 3rd December, 2017. 2.
Notice. Learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice. 3.
Learned Additional Standing counsel submits that petitioner was on furlough till 26th October, 2017 and thereafter he was granted parole for a period of seven days with effect from 28th October, 2017, as the petitioner was to get married.

Considering the parole and furlough already granted to the petitioner, this Court finds no ground to grant any further parole to the petitioner. 5.
Application is dismissed.
