By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners are seeking quashing of case FIR No.1548/2014 under Section 2 of the Prevention of Insults to National Honours Act, 1971 registered with PS Mehrauli and the proceedings emanating therefrom.

Counsel as above appearing on behalf of the State submits that final report is likely to be filed shortly.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the State, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy subject to the outcome of the final report. 4.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed.
