% 30.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 are related to each other.

On the complaint of respondent no. 2, present FIR No.691/2015 under Section 354 IPC was registered at police station Sangam Vihar. After investigation, closure report was filed. However, same was not accepted by the trial court and re-investigations were ordered. Thereafter, charge-sheet was filed under Sections 354(A)/506/34 IPC and trial is pending. Petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore,

aforesaid FIR may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 Ms. Nisha is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Parmod Kumar of police station Sangam Vihar.

Respondent no. 2 submits that she has now settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.691/2015 under Sections 354(A)/506/34 IPC registered at police station Sangam Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
