% 11.12.2017 This appeal is against the order of the Single Judge allowing the writ petition and ordering the Govt. of NCT of Delhi to consider the application for allotment of alternative plot. The Government of NCT of Delhi in the appeal urges that the application was preferred after the time prescribed. This Court notices that the learned Single Judge was cognizant of these facts and took note of the circumstance that the delay in approaching, for the relief sought, was not an inordinate one and in the circumstances issued the directions ultimately for consideration of the matter. Having regard to these circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that the impugned order does not warrant interference. The appeal is dismissed.
