Learned APP for the State informs that the proceedings before the Trial Court are concluded and the matter is listed today for final hearing. 2.

In view of the fact that the matter is listed before the Trial Court for final hearing, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner to bail at this stage. However, the Trial Court is directed to endeavour to deliver the final judgment within a period of one month of the conclusion of the arguments on final hearing by the parties.
