% 29.11.2017 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition though with liberty to raise the issue of the tenancy claimed by the petitioner to have devolved only upon him to the exclusion of other legal heirs of deceased Balwant Singh, during the inquiry into the main case of the opposite party.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
