% 29.01.2018 By this petition the petitioners seek protection as they are major and have married of their own free will. A Status Report has been filed. As per the Status Report filed by SHO PS Nihal Vihar, the factum that petitioner No.1 is a major, has been verified. Mother of petitioner No.1 is present in Court. She also affirms that petitioner No.1 is major and since she has married of her own free will with petitioner No.2, her family has no objection to the same.

In view of the fact that the petitioner No.1's family has no objection W.P.(CRL) 3367/2017

to the marriage, this Court finds no necessity to pass any further order in the matter.

Petition is disposed of.
