% 13.12.2017 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith as he would instead like to approach the trial Court with review application, in as much as, the relevant law permitting recourse to Order 18 Rule 17 CPC at the instance of a party has escaped the notice of the trial Court and the circumstances in which such a request qua PW-1 is being made, has not even been examined or addressed. The petition along with accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
