The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioners praying for quashing of FIR No.270/2015, under Sections 406/384/506 IPC registered at P.S. Inder Puri and consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

It is submitted on behalf of the State/R-1 that chargesheet has already been filed and next date of hearing fixed before the concerned Court is 21st March, 2016.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy available under the law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.
