% 18.12.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably; therefore, FIR No.446/2016 under Section 323 IPC and Section 75 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 registered at Police Station Dwarka South on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed.
Petitioner is working as Teacher in Vandana International School, Dwarka, New Delhi. Daughter of respondent no. 2 is studying in the said school.
