The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a) Allow the present transfer Petition and thereby transfer the matter i.e Guardianship Matter filed by petitioner against the respondents and pending before the court of Sh.M.C.Gupta, PJ, Family court, Rohini Court, North West District for 04.04.2019 to the court of Sh.R.P.Pandey, PJ, Family Court, Rohini Court, Delhi, North District, where the Divorce matter filed by respondent no.l against petitioner is pending for 09.01.2019, in the interest of Justice;"

There are matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and respondent no.1. Whereas, respondent no.1 has filed the divorce petition which is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, the petitioner has filed the petition for custody which is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, North-West District, Rohini. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since both the matters are

connected, they ought to be heard by the same Court. The respondents are present in Court. Respondent no.1 also does not object to the said prayer. He, however, states that his divorce petition under Section 13(1)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (being HMA No. 1262/2018 captioned "Dheeraj Chauhan v. Sonali Jain"), which is pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, North District be transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, North-West District, Rohini Court Complex. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and HMA No. 1262/2018 is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, North-West District, Rohini Courts Complex from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, North District. The pending application also stands disposed of.

The parties are directed to appear before the concerned court on 04.06.2019.
