CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL GAUR
O R D E R
% 07.12.2018 Non compliance of order of 15th October, 2018 is alleged in this petition. Petitioners' counsel submit that petitioner has been dispossessed in violation of order of 15th October, 2018. It is stated that without any statutory notice, petitioner has been dispossessed. Upon hearing, I find that aforesaid order of 15th October, 2018 does not restrain respondent from evicting/dispossessing petitioners. In view thereof, no case for initiating contempt proceedings is made out.
This petition is accordingly disposed of.
