% 09.01.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has handed over the vacant and peaceful possession of the property in question to the petitioner on 14.10.2018. He submits that still there are arrears of rent of Rs.2,91,000/- approximately. The respondent, who appears in person with Amicus Curiae, submits that he has no means to pay the arrears of rent. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in these circumstances, seeks time to have the instructions.
