TR.P.(C.) 217/2017 Cross objections have been filed by both the parties against the same award of the arbitrator, the objections of the petitioner having been registered as Arbitration No. 56/2017 by the Court of Additional District Judge-01 (South West) at Dwarka Court Complex while that of the respondent registered as Arbitration No. 56/2017 alongwith O.M.P (commercial) No. 429/2016 in this Court. The learned counsel for the respondent who appears on advance notice fairly concedes to the request of transfer. The arbitration petition no. 56/2017 is withdrawn from the file of Additional District TR.P.(C.) 217/2017

Judge and transferred unto this Court for further proceedings in accordance with law.

The transferee Court shall send the file to this Court fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear.
