O R D E R

% 03.01.2018 The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 01.08.2017. FIR No.443/2017 had been registered at Police Station Nihal Vihar on the complaint of one 'R', aged 16 years.

The averments in the FIR have been perused. Charges have since been framed against the petitioner under Sections 8 & 12 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act along with an alternate charge under Section 354 read with Section 354-D of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no such incident had occurred and the petitioner being a married man has three children and he is already suffered incarceration for more than five months. Trial is yet going to take time.

The petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the

satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court with the condition that the petitioner will not contact the complainant or in any way try to meet her.

Petition disposed of.
