% 25.04.2019 Petitioner's complaint under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 stands dismissed by trial court vide order of 29th April, 2019 and the said order has been affirmed by the appellate court order dated 24th October, 2017.

Learned counsel for the parties have placed on record the Supreme Court's order of 23rd April, 2019 vide which parties herein in proceedings under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. have mutually agreed that the respondent shall pay lump sum amount of ₹11,00,000/- to petitioner. Learned counsel for the parties submits that in view of the Supreme Court's order of 23rd April, 2019, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
