% 12.12.2017 Name of petitioner no.1 is deleted from the array of parties since he has died during the pendency of trial. Amended memo of parties be filed during course of the day.
Petitioners are relatives of late husband of respondent no.2 (complainant).
It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 415/2007 under Sections 498A-/406/34 IPC registered at police station Malviya Nagar may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Rajender Singh of police station Malviya Nagar. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she has no
objection in quashing of the aforesaid FIR.
Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances as detailed above, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
