% 20.04.2018 The proposed Arbitrator has filed her disclosure statement under Section 11(8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Having perused the same, I see no impediment in confirming her appointment as a Sole Arbitrator.

I accordingly appoint Ms.Indermeet Kaur (R/o 62, Lodhi Estate, New Delhi - 110003), former Judge of this Court as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Agreement dated 22nd September, 2006. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
