% 07.12.2018 C.M. 51577/2018 (Exemption) Allowed subject to all just exceptions.
W.P.(C) 13260/2018 & CM 51576/2018 This petition is directed against show cause notice of 16th November, 2018. Instead of approaching this Court, petitioner is directed to file a reply to show-cause notice, if not already done. Needless to say that the recovery proceedings would be initiated by the respondent after effectively considering petitioner's reply, if so filed. Petitioner's counsel seeks two weeks time to file the reply. Needless to say respondent shall effectively consider petitioner's reply and thereafter pass a speaking order before effecting any recovery from petitioner.
With the aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of as premature.
