% 12.12.2017 Mr. Pahwa, ld. Sr. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the bona fide purchaser of the subject shops, and no opportunity of hearing has come to be given to the petitioner before issuance of the impugned notice. In that regard, Mr. Verma, ld. Sr. Standing Counsel for the respondent-Delhi Development Authority submits that he has instructions to state that the respondent-DDA shall treat the instant petition as a representation of the petitioner, and pass a fresh speaking order, in accordance with law. Without prejudice to the contentions, and any of the pleas of the parties, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the
respondent-DDA to treat the instant petition as a representation of the petitioner, to be decided by the competent Authority, giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within twelve weeks, as jointly prayed, and, in view thereof, the impugned notice dated 21.11.2017, which is Annexure P-1 and finds place at page 33 of the paper book, shall be treated as withdrawn.
