CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S. RAVINDRA BHAT HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV SACHDEVA
O R D E R
% 11.12.2017 The appellant's grievance is that the interim relief sought against recognition granted to the Karate Association of India, i.e., the fifth respondent (in the writ petition as well as the appeal) should be suspended. This Court notices that the Single Judge merely issued notice but did not decide the issue; as such there is no adverse order against the appellant. If the Single Judge ultimately decides the pending petition - W.P.(C)1096/2017 on its merits, the recognition granted and all consequential action taken, therefore, would be subject to the final outcome of W.P.(C)1096/2017. This shall be communicated by the first respondent to the fifth respondent.
The appeal is disposed of in the above terms, along with all the pending applications.
