Mr. Sagar Rohatgi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Anjali Manish and Mr. Priyadarshi Manish, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that they have not received any instructions from the Petitioner for pursuing the present petition. They have reliably learnt that the Petitioner has decided to engage some other counsel. Counsel for the Petitioners states that they have already informed the Petitioner about the listing of the petition today. They seek discharge from the present matter in the circumstances.
2. Ms. Anjali Manish and Mr. Priyadarshi Manish, learned counsel are accordingly discharged from appearing for the Petitioner.
3. There is no alternative arrangement made by the Petitioner for today's hearing. In the circumstances, the petition and the application are disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies as are available to him in accordance with law.
