In terms of the last order, relevant copies of the rejection order have been duly received by the petitioner.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner submits that as per instructions, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file the petition afresh while challenging the aforesaid rejection.

In view of the above, without prejudice to rights and contentions of the parties, present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

DDA is also permitted to submit copy of the rejection with the Registry during the course of the day.
