% 16.10.2015 Mr Nijhawan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that the consignment was held up because there was an alert issued by the SIIB (Special Intelligence and Investigation Branch).

However, now, provisional export has been allowed and the petitioner may approach SIIB (Export) with the shipping bills and the NOC would be issued thereon. A copy of the alert, which was issued, may be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner within a week. In view of the statement made by Mr Nijhawan, the writ petition stands disposed of.
