Mr. Anand Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions states, petitioner is ready and willing to challenge the order dated October 16, 2018 passed by the respondent Corporation blacklisting the petitioner before the learned Arbitrator. 2.
Mr. Mishra states, an application shall be filed before the learned Arbitrator for continuance of the interim order passed by this court. If that be so, the respondent shall also be at liberty to file an application for vacation of the interim order. 4.
The learned Arbitrator shall consider both the applications and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks as an outer limit. 5.
Till such time, the interim order shall continue. The parties are given liberty to raise all such pleas as available to them both on facts and in law.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the parties states, the writ petition be treated as disposed of. It is ordered accordingly. CM Nos. 51641/2019 & 1303/2019 Dismissed as infructuous.
