MAT.APP.(F.C.) 320/2018 and CM. No. 51891/2018 (Stay) Challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 20.10.2018 passed by the Family Court.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that despite a decree of nullity having been granted, the respondent continues to file false cases against the MAT.APP.(F.C.) 320/2018

appellant. Learned counsel for appellant submits that he wishes to make efforts for a full and final settlement. The appellant agrees to bring to Court on the next date of hearing a sum of Rs.5000/- to be paid to the respondent for appearing in this matter.
