In the aforesaid circumstances, the first relief as prayed for by the petitioners in this petition, that is, to decide their visa application does not survive. The question of directing grant of visa at this stage also does not arise. However, this Court is of the view that ends of justice would be met if the respondents briefly indicate the reasons (without disclosing any investigative material) for rejection of visas and also give an opportunity to the petitioners to represent against the same as per procedure.

............................................................................................" In pursuance of the directions given, it is the own case of the

petitioner, the response has come to be given vide communication dated 19.09.2017, the copy whereof finds place at running page 30 of the petition. The relevant portion of the said communication, reads, as under:- "............................................................................................. .............................................................................................. 2.

In compliance of Hon'ble Delhi High Court order dated 20.07.2017, it is intimated that visa request in respect of both the Israeli nationals were denied by the Embassy of India at Tel Aviv as they were figuring in the adverse list. The decision to put the Israeli nationals in the "Adverse list" was taken based upon report received from the Security Agencies."

The information so furnished does indicate the reasons for denying visa.

Should the petitioners be further aggrieved of the decision taken, the petitioners may have recourse, as prescribed under law. Rejected. Pending application stands disposed off. A. K. CHAWLA, J DECEMBER 05, 2017 nn
