O R D E R

(ORAL) 1.

Petitioners seek regularization of their service upon formulation of one time policy with notional seniority and consequential benefits while relying upon a decision of Division Bench of this Court in W.P. (C) 6798/2002 titled Sonia Gandhi and Ors. v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors., rendered on 6th November, 2013 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Petitioners have approached this Court without representing to third respondent.

In the facts and circumstances, this petition and the applications are disposed of with permission to petitioners to file one composite Representation within a period of two weeks from today and upon receipt of such Representation, third respondent shall pass a speaking order thereon within a period of twelve weeks in light of afore-referred decision W.P.(C) 254/2018

in Sonia Gandhi & Ors.(Annexure P-2) and the fate of the Representation be made known to first petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

With the aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are disposed of.
