O R D E R

% 13.12.2017 An affidavit has been filed by the Deputy Superintendent, stating that since 2nd December, 2017 was a holiday advance intimation to 3rd Battalion, Delhi Armed Police could not be made resulting in the delayed transportation of the petitioner to the venue of marriage of the sister. It is further stated that in future every endeavour will be made to comply with the orders with efficiency.

The petitioner was granted permission to be taken for performance of the walimah ceremony of the sister, which was fixed for 6th December, 2017 which he refused to go.

Consequently, no further orders are required to be passed. Petition is disposed of.
