This is an Application filed on behalf of the Appellant seeking recall of the order 02.04.2025.

The record shows that the present Appeal was dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.

The order dated 16.04.2018 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court had directed that the Appellant and Respondent No. 3 should deposit at least Rs. 5,00,000/- each. Concededly, the deposit was not made in time, as is stated in the affidavit attached with the present Application. The Appellant states that the Appellant had deposited the amount in 3 parts on 03.07.2021, 24.04.2024 and 27.01.2025.
