Learned counsel for the petitioner submits at the outset that after filing of the writ petition the suspension order has been served upon the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition to enable her to assail the suspension order raising all grounds as raised in the present petition and another grounds which may be available to her.

The writ petition and CM 43793/2017 are dismissed as withdrawn with leave as prayed for.
