Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present interim bail application.

In view of this, the interim bail application is dismissed. BAIL APPLN. 2476/2017 1.

The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.539/2017 registered under Sections 419/420/468/471/120B/34 IPC at PS Prashant Vihar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2017. Charge-sheet has since been filed. The petitioner is a student at Sarv Narayan Singh Ram Kumar Singh Mahavidyalya and has taken exam in custody.

During the course of arguments, it was informed by the learned APP, on instructions, that the address of the petitioner has been verified and confirmed.

There is no other involvement of the petitioner in any other FIR.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
