The petitioner impugns order dated 03.11.2017 whereby application of the petitioner seeking a direction for conducting DNA test for consideration of the application under Section 125 of the Cr. P.C was rejected.

Learned counsel for the respondent informs that by order dated 03.04.2018, the petition under Section 125 of the Cr. P.C. has been finally disposed of. Copy of the order dated 03.04.2018 has been produced. The same is taken on record.

In view of the fact that the present petition emanates out of an interim order and the petition under Section 125 Cr. P.C. has been finally disposed of, the present petition is dismissed being infructuous. 4.
