O R D E R

% 20.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to meet his mother and console her on the loss of his father and also to perform the other family obligations.

On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the verification the brother of the petitioner was found residing at H.No. 101, Phase-1, Manglapuri Delhi whereas the mother of the petitioner was found residing with the sister of the petitioner at H.No. 14/384, Block-14, Dakshinpuri Extension, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar.

As per the nominal roll the petitioner was granted parole by this Court in the year 2015 and thereafter in the year 2017. Considering the fact that on the both occasions the petitioner did not misuse the said concession of W.P.(CRL) 3767/2018

parole granted to him, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM Concerned/Duty Magistrate.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
