Accordingly, application is allowed and date fixed in the matter, that is, 18th January, 2018 is preponed for today. Application is disposed of.
Bail Appln. 2480/2017 Allegations against the petitioner are that he had given a blow on the head of the complainant from the butt of a desi katta. Petitioner has already remained in custody for about a month. Petitioner was granted interim bail for one month to appear in BBA Examination.
The said interim bail is
expiring on 6th January, 2018.
It is submitted that complainant and petitioner have settled the matter. Counsel for the complainant concedes this fact and says that complainant has no objection in case bail is granted to the petitioner. Investigation Officer, who is present in Court, says that investigation is over and charge-sheet is likely to be filed, therefore, petitioner is not required for further investigation. Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances as detailed above, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
