ARB.P. 779/2017 It is submitted that in similar facts in Arb.Petition No.563/2017 filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for seeking appointment of a sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties, Mr.Justice A.P.Shah (Retd.) is appointed as an arbitrator. In the present case too the disputes are similar. Hence with consent of both the counsels qua appointment of a Sole Arbitrator, I appoint Mr.Justice Jaspal Singh (Retd.) (Mobile No.9811070188) to arbitrate the disputes between the parties. The

objections so taken qua jurisdiction or otherwise by the respondent may be raised before the learned Arbitrator. The fee shall be settled by the learned Arbitrator in consultation with the parties. The petition stands disposed of.
