O R D E R

% 09.10.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos.2 to 4 have settled the dispute amicably before Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma on 20.11.2017. therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Respondent nos.2 & 3 are present in Court. Respondent no.4 is son of respondent no.2 and brother of respondent no.3. Respondent nos.2 & 3 admit that they have settled the matter with the petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They say that they have no objection in case the FIR No.820/2015 under Sections 279/337 IPC registered at Police Station-Mayur Vihar and consequent proceedings are quashed.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submit that respondent no.4 is not well and has not come to court. However, they have instructions from him to convey to Court that he has no objection in case aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings are quashed.

Respondent nos.2 & 3 have identified the signatures of respondent no.4 on the photocopy of Mediation proceedings at point 'X'.

Respondent nos.2 & 3 submit that entire settled amount of ₹50,000/- has been received.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos.2 to 4 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
